Euterpe generates structured music-prompt kits and melody sketches you take to external tools (such as Suno). You own what you make with your account; the curated System catalog stays ours. Be fair, don't scrape, and we'll treat you the same way.

Euterpe is operated by Lyramic. During the invite phase, access requires an invite code and starts with a time-limited founder trial. Paid subscriptions and credit top-ups are billed through Stripe; prices are shown at checkout. A founder subscription keeps its monthly price for as long as it remains active. Credits are a usage meter, not money — they have no cash value and are non-refundable except where the law says otherwise.

Kits, presets, and melodies generated in your workspace are yours to use, including commercially, subject to the terms of any external service you paste them into. The hand-authored System catalog (kits, presets, prompt text) is licensed to you for your own use while entitled — not for redistribution, resale, or bulk extraction. Automated scraping or systematic copying of catalog content is a breach of these terms and grounds for account closure.

Don't abuse the service (no credential sharing, no automated bulk generation designed to exhaust the platform, nothing unlawful). We can suspend accounts that do. You can cancel any time via the Stripe portal; when a subscription or trial ends, your own work stays visible in your library, and generation stops until you resubscribe.

AI output varies — we validate structure, not artistic quality, and we don't control what external tools do with a prompt. The service is provided "as is" without warranties; our total liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the three months before a claim. Questions: [email protected].
